Georgia Dream Bond/DPA
DPA, State Bond & Grant Programs
The Georgia Dream Bond-DPA Program offers three down payment assistance options for first-time homebuyers and qualified individuals in Georgia: Standard ($10K), PEN ($12.5K for Protectors, Educators, Nurses), and CHOICE ($12.5K for individuals with disabilities or dependents with disabilities). All assistance is structured as 0% interest, non-forgivable second liens with repayment due upon sale, refinance, or transfer. GA Dream requires homebuyer education and has income, asset, and credit score limitations.
