The PHFA Program offers affordable mortgage financing and multiple down payment assistance options to eligible Pennsylvania homebuyers. Available with FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional loans, PHFA’s offerings include the Keystone Home Loan, Keystone Advantage DPA, and Mortgage Credit Certificate (MCC) programs.
