Note that the training materials and forms posted here on the HUB are current as of the date of the rollout of this product (10-18-2024).  Note that during our training, the representative of CNC did indicate doublewide manufactured housing is now available for financing under the conventional program (their guides have not been updated yet).  If you have any questions, please contact the Click N' Close representative and he can address specific guideline or scenario questions for you.
